After the image campaign "Come and Become"
A new social media campaign, "Come and Discover", more educational to target Generation Z in particular.
"Venir & Découvrir": the Air Force's new campaign highlighting youth recruitment from 2020 to 2022.
For the French Air Force, ELEPHANT produced 2 commercials and 2 digital formats.
Following a call for applications, 5 young people had the chance to spend a day with a soldier in the field and discover his job.
The advantages of these formats:
– Commitment: a call for applications upstream that engages the target
– Identification: young people who will discover a profession through the eyes of another young person
– Spontaneitý: “real” questions and reactions to reinforce the adhesion to the testimonies
This campaign is in line with ELEPHANT’s philosophy: the choice of “real” to reach our audience via “real moments”, sincerity & emotion.
